“You get what you get and you don’t throw a fit” I never liked the notion that Americans get the government they deserve. Too many have been excluded from participating in a meaningful way for so long that it’s akin to victim blaming.

However, I’m tempted to make an exception here.
Imagine that. I guess it's only coincidental that you'd already be the perfect citizen in the ideal world you're selling.

Election 2024
Election 2024: Trump Maintains Thin Lead Over Harris
Thursday, September 26, 2024

For the third consecutive week, former President Donald Trump holds a two-point lead over Vice President Kamala Harris in the race for the White House.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that, if the election were held today, 48% of Likely U.S. Voters would vote for Trump, while 46% would vote for Harris. Three percent (3%) say they’d vote for some other candidate and two percent (2%) are undecided.
What's their methodology?

Trump on Truth Social...
It has been determined that Google has illegally used a system of only revealing and displaying bad stories about Donald J Trump, some made up for this purpose while, at the same time, only revealing good stories about Comrade Kamala Harris.

This is an ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, and hopefully the Justice Department will criminally prosecute them for this blatant Interference of Elections. If not, and subject to the Laws of our Country, I will request their prosecution, when I win the Election and become President of the United States.

Who knows? Call people on land lines in the areas with the worst Internet who watch Foxnews all day?
Several polling firms got notably poor results, on the other hand. For the second consecutive election — the same was true in 2010 — Rasmussen Reports polls had a statistical bias toward Republicans, overestimating Mr. Romney’s performance by about four percentage points, on average.

Polls designed to create news that preferences a particular narrative, ideology or party are indistinguishable from misinformation or propaganda. Polls that rely on dodgy selection, leading questions or sloppy statistical analysis are probably worse than useless if their results are published without scrutinising and referencing their methodologies and margins of error.

How many Trump-Harris/GOP-Dem polls are being pushed into the news every day at the moment?

It's a problem of the media. They have problems surviving. News is not enetertaining enough to get the clicks.

The news is the same day aftter day. Trump rambles in post from some rally. Big deal. He does that every day. Kamala is going to prosecute Trump. Sure, sounds like it will happen. But those are no longer news. If they can get an actual pollseter or an academic commenting on a poll, polls turn into NEWS!

—meh, it’s a bit crazy, but I think we’re being undone by our success. If I were a commie I might see it as the failure of wildly successful capitalism to plan for, and tend to, our many perfectly ordinary faults.

Trump went all out kn his Wisvonsin speech, getting close to great replacement theory. The illegals are vomkngvto your kitchen to cut your throat. If not that, they will destroy your culture. The drmocrats will take your kids in school and turn them trans. So ypu have to eliminate the DOE.

He has almost nothing but illegals to scare them with.
